Has anyone had experience with outsourced test automation services? Looking for advice.

Hey everyone,

I’m part of a small QA team at a growing tech company, and we’re starting to hit a wall with our internal test automation efforts. Between managing releases, writing test cases, and keeping up with bugs, there just isn’t enough time or bandwidth to build out the automation framework we really need.

Lately, we’ve been considering outsourced test automation services as a way to get things moving faster without sacrificing quality. I came across a company called Testing4Success (https://www.testing4success.com/activities/automation.html), and their approach seems pretty solid. They claim to offer custom automation solutions, and the fact that they work with different frameworks and tools caught my eye.

Has anyone here worked with them before, or outsourced test automation in general? I’m especially curious about what the onboarding process is like, and whether it actually saves time in the long run. Any tips or stories—good or bad—would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance!
