Has anyone dealt with Pendelton Capital Management and their debt collection tactics?
Just wondering if anyone else here has had to deal with Pendelton Capital Management. I've been getting nonstop calls from them about a debt I’m not even sure is legit. It’s gotten to the point where they’re calling at odd hours, and the tone they use is super aggressive. I don’t know how they got my number or why they’re even contacting me like this. I’ve tried asking for more info and they just get more pushy instead of giving clear answers.
I looked it up and apparently I'm not the only one who’s had issues with Pendelton Capital Management debt collection harassment. Just curious, has anyone here had success getting them to stop? Did you have to send a formal letter or go through an attorney? I’m getting really frustrated and don’t want this to mess with my credit.
